영재학생의 과흥분성, 정서지능, 자아탄력성 및 학습몰입의 구조적 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 영재학생들이 자기 자신의 영재성과 정서적 특성을 이해하고 개인적, 사회적 문제로 인한 심리적 갈등상태를 극복하는 자아탄력성을 통해 학습에 매진 할 수 있는 학습몰입에 어떻게 서로 영향을 주고받는가와 관련된 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재의 대학부설 과학영재교육원 1곳, 경기도 소재 교육지원청 부설 영재교육원 2곳과 경기도 소재 초등학교 영재학급 1곳에 선발되어 교육을 받고 있는 초등학교 5학년 ～ 중학교 2학년 258명을 대상으로 과흥분성, 정서지능, 자아탄력성, 학습몰입에 대한 검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 모든 변인 간의 최종모형 적합도 지수는 CFI=.974, TLI=.970, RMSEA=.048로 나타나 적합한 모형임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 모든 변인간의 상관분석을 실시한 결과 학습몰입은 다른 변인들과 모두 유의미한 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 과흥분성에서 학습몰입으로, 과 흥분성에서 자아탄력성과 학습몰입으로, 정서지능에서 자아탄력성과 학습몰입으로의 경로에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 그러나 정서지능에서 학습 몰입의 경로는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다(p>.05). 넷째, 네 가지 변인간의 구조적 관계를 분석한 결과 자아탄력성은 과흥분성과 학습몰입, 정서지능과 학습몰입 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해, 영재의 인지적, 정서적인 특성과 심리적 갈등을 극복하는 자아탄력성의 중요성에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 영재에게 적절한 상담 및 교육 프로그램을 고안하기 위한 기초자료로 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze how gifted students understand their giftedness and emotional intelligence, and how they influenced on learning flow through the self-resilience which overcame the psychological conflict state caused by the personal and social problems. For this purpose, the questionnaire on four factors was conducted targeting 258 gifted students, who were being educated in the gifted institute annexed to the college, education office gifted institute, and elementary school gifted class in Gyeonggido. The results of this study were as follows; Firstly, the final model fit between all variables, i.e. PII =. 974, TLI =. 970 and RMSEA=.048, identified the model as a suitable model. Secondly, the correlation between all variables in the correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation with all other variables. Thirdly, in the route of the learning flow in overexcitability, self-resilience and learning flow in overexcitability, self-resilience and learning flow in emotional intelligence, all of them were statistically significant. except in case, the route of the learning flow in the emotional intelligence was not significant. Fourthly, it was revealed that the self-resilience intermediated the relationship between other variables. Through this study, it would be able to expand awareness of the importance of intelligent, emotional and psychological tension and the importance of overcoming psychological conflicts and provide them with the basis for designing appropriate counseling and educational programs for gifted students.
