국문 초록

본 연구는 기업의 기술거래 활동 특성이 사업성과 및 시장성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 그리고 기업의 기술거래 활동 특성이 사업성과 및 시장성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 조세지원(특례)의 조절효과를 함께 검정하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 실시하기 위해 서울과 경기, 그리고 그 외 지역 등 한국에 있는 중소기업(110개), 중견기업(106개), 대기업(112개) 등 총 328개 기업을 대상으로 2017년 1월 9일부터 2017년 3월 30일까지 약 3개월에 걸쳐 설문 수집(기업 당 1부씩 설문조사)을 하였고, 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 위계적 회귀분석을 하였다. 이에 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 기술거래 활동에 있어 기술이전 특성(재무적/비재무적)과 기술취득 특성(재무적/비재무적)이 사업성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 기술거래 활동에 있어 기술이전 특성(재무적/비재무적)과 기술취득 특성(재무적/비재무적)이 시장성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업의 기술거래 활동에 있어 기술이전 특성(재무적/비재무적)과 사업성과의 관계에서 조세지원(특례)은 조절하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기술취득 특성(재무적/비재무적)과 사업성과의 관계에서 조세지원(특례)은 정(+)의 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업의 기술거래 활동에 있어 기술이전 특성(재무적/비재무적)과 시장성과의 관계에서 조세지원(특례)은 조절하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기술취득 특성(재무적/비재무적)과 시장성과의 관계에서 조세지원(특례)은 정(+)의 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study tries to analyze the influence of the characteristics of corporales’ technology transaction upon business performance and market performance empirically, and to verify the adjustment effect of tax support (special case) in the influence exercised by the characteristics of corporales’ technology transaction upon business performance and market performance concurrently. Accordingly, to implement this study, surveys were collected (one survey per each corporate) on 328 Korean domiciled corporales in Seoul, Gyeonggi and other areas, comprising SMEs (110), medium enterprises (106), large corporales (112) etc over about 3 months commencing on Jan 9 2017 to Mar 30 2017. Based on the collected data, hierarchical regression analysis was performed. The result of this study can be summarized as follows; Firstly, regarding corporales’ technology transaction activities, characteristics in technology transfer (financial/non-financial) and characteristics of technology acquisition (financial/non-financial) appear as exercising statistically meaningful positive(+) influence upon business performance. Secondly, regarding corporales’ technology transaction activities, characteristics of technology transfer (financial/non-financial) and characteristics of technology acquisition (financial/non-financial) appear as exercising statistically meaningful positive(+) influence upon market performance. Thirdly, regarding corporales’ technology transaction activities, tax support(special case) does not appear as adjusting the relationship between characteristics of technology transfer (financial/non-financial) and business performance. However, in case of the relationship between characteristics of technology acquisition (financial/non-financial) and business performance, tax support (special case) appears as adjusting to positive(+) direction. Fourth, regarding the relationship between the characteristics of technology transfer (financial/non-financial) and market performance within corporales’ technology transaction activities, tax support(special case) appear as not adjusting. However, in the relationship between the characteristics of technology acquisition (financial/non-financial) and market performance, tax support(special case) appear as adjusting to positive(+) direction.
