국문 초록

본 논문은 4차 산업혁명에 대응하는 경제구조를 제안하기 위해 기존의 수요주의 포스트케인스 경제이론과 공급주의 새케인스, 슘페터 경제이론을 노동시장과 성장과 분배의 관점에서 분석하였다. 그리고 두 경제이론 모두 노동의 배제 문제를 해결하지 못하고 4차 산업혁명의 트라일레마 문제를 해결하지 못함을 보였다. 이러한 문제의 해법과 함께 4차 산업혁명을 위한 혁신적인 대규모 투자를 가능하게 하는 자본융합구조가 필요함을 설명하였다. 그리고 이런한 문제와 필요에 대한 해법으로 SHC(Servant Holding Company)구조를 제시하였다. 본 논문은 SHC룰 기반으로 고용, 자본투자, 인적자본토자와 총요소생선성(Total Factor Productivity)을 극대화하여 4차 산업혁명 시대의 글로벌 경쟁에서 앞서 나가고, 노동을 포함한 모든 경제참여자들이 미래가치를 현재화한 자본을 소유하여 모두가 배제되지 않는 포용적 성장을 이루고, 이를 통해 4차 산업혁명의 트라일레마 문제를 해결하는 융합경제구조를 제시한다.

영문 초록

Economics has been blamed for failing to solve real problems continuously. Current economics has factors that partially solve the problems of reality. However, since the problem of capital is not solved, economic theories fail to converge, address the economic problems of the real world, and present alternatives for the forthcoming 4th Industrial Revolution. This paper explains the necessity of convergence of supply-side economics and demand-side economics, and especially focusing on the labor market analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the New Keynesian, supply-side economics and the Post Keynesian, demand-side economics. And in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, both sides revealed that they were forced to fall into the trilemma, which cannot solve the alienation problem of labor. In addition, this paper explains that the demand-side economics, Post-Keynesian approach has limitations on the growth and distribution of the fourth industrial revolution, shows that the supply-side mainstream economics, Schumpeterian approach and New Keynesian approach cannot adequately address the solution for the sustainable large-scale investments and the innovation of increasing total factor productivity, and also explains that Piketty’s laws of capitalism and his solution, global tax on capital(wealth) is unrealistic methods. However, this paper demonstrates that the economic structure in which all participants of economy can own assets as much as they have contributed can be a structure of capitalism which is capable of sustainable growth based on the estimated calculation of Piketty s fundamental law of capitalism. Based on this analysis, this paper proposes SHC (Servant Holding Company) solution, a micro-convergence structure on where macroeconomics and microeconomics converge, which solve the problems of capital and the trilemma of the capital market that all economic participants cannot be invested because they can’t have their contributed equity enough for investor to invest safely as much as they contribute. Since SHC is a corporation and a capital market, this paper proposes governance and operating system of it. Based on SHC, a new capital market corporation with democratization of ownership, it is possible to solve the trilemma of the 4th industrial revolution and to make innovative sustaining large-scale investment in capital goods and human capital, and innovation of TFP(Total Factor Productivity) to lead the 4th industrial revolution and inclusive growth without alienation.
