놀이중심의 숲 체험 활동이 유아의 기초체력 및 성장인자에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 놀이중심의 숲 체험 활동이 유아의 기초체력(근지구력, 평형성) 및 성장인자 (HGH, IGF-1) 변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해서 전남 S시 소재 2개 유치원의 유아들을 대상으로 기초운동능력 검사를 통한 기초체력과 혈액채취를 통한 성장인자의 혈중농도분석을 통하여 사전-사후 비교 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 실험집단과 통제집단 간 근지구력, 평형성, HGH, IGF-1의 측정에서 실험집단의 향상 효과가 크고, 통제집단에 비해 통계적으로 6세 유아와 7세 유아 모두에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 놀이중심의 숲 체험 활동은 유아들의 기초체력과 성장인자에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되며, 숲 체험 활동의 신체 및 생리적 효과를 입증한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, In order to investigate the effects of the Forest activities of Play based on the Basic physical strength ( Endurance and Balance ) and Growth factors ( HGH and IGF-1) of infants, Pre-post comparison verification was conducted for infants of two kindergarten of S city in Cheonnam through basic physical strength with fundamental motor performance measures and through serum concentration analysis of growth factors with a blood sample. Measurement results from endurance, balance, HGH and IGF-1 between experimental and control groups were as follows: The improvement is greater in the experimental group compared to the control group. Statistically, All infants 6 year olds and 7 year olds showed a significant difference. Therefore, the forest activities of play based has had a positive effect on the basic physical strength and growth factors of infants. It can be seen to have proved the physical and physiological effects of forest activities
