영문 초록

Quality Competitiveness Excellent Firm (QCEF) has been one of the major Korean National Quality Awards for last 20 years. The QCEF audit is performed every year for the companies with outstanding management achievement with respect to quality improvement, productivity progress, and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of quality management system. Korean Standards Association (KSA) evaluates the applied companies based on Quality Competitiveness Assessment Standards. The range of companies applied for QCEF audit includes manufacturing, construction, and public enterprises. KSA refer QCEF audit to expert groups consisted of faculty members and senior quality management experts. The groups evaluate the companies applied for QCEF audit. We utilize the final audit results generated from 2013 to 2015. We statistically analyze the final data based on company size, business type, the ownership of company, and the level of quality competitiveness. We aim to figure out the characteristics discovered by analysis. The results of analysis are summarized, interpreted, and the implications are stated.
