국문 초록

우리나라의 공공복지제도로서 운영되고 있는 공적보험제도인 노인장기요양보험제도가 시행된 지 10년이 되었고 고령화 사회의 가족문제 중에 노인 돌봄은 큰 과제로서 대두되었고 이제는 각 가정의 개인문제가 아니라 국가정책의 하나로서 공공전달체계의 중요한 역할 을 하게 되었다. 노인장기요양보험제도의 최 일선에서 역할을 담당하고 있는 재가복지센터 는 준 공공복지기관으로서 지속적인 혁신이 필요한 때이다. 이 제도에서 핵심요소인 요양 보호사의 긍정심리는 개개인의 사고와 역할이 조직풍토를 만들고 개인의 비전과 직무향상은 양질의 서비스와 직결된다고 보기 때문에 서비스 질을 향상시키는데 있어서 집단과 조직 맥락에서 중요하게 고려해야 할 요인 중 하나이다. 이렇듯 요양보호사의 직무특성을 고려한 조직풍토를 분석하고 요양보호사의 긍정적 심리에 따른 행동에 대한 결과는 개인의 목표나 사회적 목표에도 부합된다고 보고 이러한 점을 분석하는 것을 이 연구의 출발점으로 삼았다. 이를 위해 다음과 같은 내용을 검토하였다. 첫째, 요양보호사의 현재 조직풍토가 서비스 질에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 둘째, 요양보호사들의 조직풍토와 요양보호사 개인의 긍정심리의 관계에서 서비스 질에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았으며 셋째, 요양보호사의 조직풍토를 파악하고 요양보호사의 긍정심리자본을 매개로 서비스 질을 향상할 수 있는지를 알고자 하였다. 연구결과 요양보호사의 조직풍토와 서비스질의 관계에서 긍정심리자본이 질 향상에 많은 영향을 주는 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 협의로는 요양보호사에게 돌봄서비스 전문인으로서의 역할과 비전을 제시하는 교육의 자료가 될 것이며 광의로는 국가의 중요한 공공전달체계의 원 목적인 서비스질의 실효성을 높이는데 중요한 기초가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Ten years old, the long-term care system operated by the nation s public health care system, the aged care system, has emerged as a major task, and the elderly have emerged as a major role in the public transportation system as a matter of fact, not as a matter of individual affairs, but as a national policy. The welfare center, which serves as a senior member of the long-term care policy for the Elderly, is a prerequisite for continuous innovation as a semi-communication welfare institution. A key factor in the welfare of the institution is that it is important to consider the importance of improving service quality and improving the quality of the service and improving the quality of individuals. The analysis of the behavior of the medical institution analyzed the characteristics of the medical institution considering the characteristics of the medical institution, and the outcome of the behavior of the medical institution according to the positive psychology of the care worker. For this purpose, the following were reviewed : First, how does the current organization s current organizational climate affect the quality of service? Second, we looked at the quality of the service in relation to the quality of care in the care of the nursing care practitioners and the positive psychology of nursing practitioners. Third, I wanted to know if I could improve the quality of the nursing services by identifying the organization of the nursing home and improving the quality of the service. The study found that in the case of a nursing home, a positive impact on the quality of positive psychology is a significant factor in the quality of the welfare of the care worker. This study will serve as an educational material for the purpose of presenting the role and vision of nursing services to care worker, and it will serve as an important basis for enhancing the effectiveness of the service of the nation s key public transport system.
