체제전환국가들의 기업사유화 및 제품가격변환 과정에 대한 서술적 비교연구

국문 초록

1990년대 초 과거 사회주의적 계획경제체제의 국가들은 3가지의 상이한 방식으로 경제체제를 전환하면서 기업의 사유화와 시장경제로의 제품가격정책을 실시하였다. 본 논문의 목적은 기업의 사유화와 제품가격 변환이라는 관점에서 이들 국가의 체제 전환 과정을 보고자 한다. 또한 사회주의적 계획경제체제의 이론을 기반으로 한 상태에서 러시아, 중국 및 동독에서 일어나는 각 과정의 특징을 역사적인 분석 방법을 통하여 비교연구 하였다. 러시아는 자본주의적 시장경제로의 급진적 체제 전환을 하여 완전한 사유화를 실시하는 동시에 완전한 시장경제의 가격정책을 실시하였다. 중국은 사회주의적 시장경제체제로 전환하여 기업에 대한 제한적 개인 소유를 인정한 상태에서 점진적 시장경제의 가격정책을 도입하였다. 동독의 경우는 자본주의 서독에 흡수 통일되어 서독 정부의 재정적 후원으로 큰 혼란 없이 자본주의적 시장경제체제로 전환하였다. 본 연구는 러시아, 중국 및 동독의 체제 전환에서 기업의 사유화와 제품가격 변환이 상기한 체제전환 과정에 영향을 받는다는 결과를 보여 주었다. 또한 이러한 기업과 제품의 관점에서 본 체제 전환의 역사적 분석은 이들 국가에 진출하는 자본주의기업에게도 많은 정보를 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

In the early 1990s countries under the socialistically planned economy privatized the nation-owned companies and accepted the market economy in various ways. Russia changed the socialistically planned economy to the capitalistic market system, and China to the socialistic market system. The Eastern Germany was unified to the Western Germany under the capitalistic market system. This paper studied the various processes of the transitions of the economic systems focussing on the company privatization policies and product pricing polices in these transition countries. In order to analyze these transition processes in the company privatiztion and in the product pricing this paper studied the theory of the socialistically planned economy. And on the ground of these privatization policies and product pricing polices this paper proposed the entry strategies of the capitalistic companies into these transition countries respectively.
