성인학습자의 참여동기와 교육만족도가 사회적자본형성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 본 연구는 평생교육에 참여하는 성인학습자 또는 학습 경험자를 대상으로 평생교육프로그램 학습 참가자의 개인적 특성과 교육프로그램 참여동기 그리고 교육 만족도가 개인의 사회적 자본형성에 어떤 유의미한 영향을 끼치는가에 대해 실증적 으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서 연구문제는 다음과 같이 설정하였다. 첫째, 평생교육 참여 동기가 학습자의 사회적 자본 형성에 미치는 영향을 파악한다. 둘째, 평생교육만족 도가 학습자의 사회적 자본형성에 미치는 영향을 파악한다. 셋째, 학습자의 참여동 기와 교육만족도가 사회적자본형성에 미치는 영향을 파악한다. 연구결과, 학습자의 사회적자본형성에 유의미한 참여동기는 활동지향요인이고 교육만족도에 가장 유의미한 요인은 직원행정서비스만족 요인으로 나타났다. 사회적자 본형성에 유의한 동기를 가진 활동지향형 평생학습참가자들은 특정 목표를 달성하기 위한 참여보다 활동 그 자체에 관심을 통해 이루어지는 인간관계와 사회적 상호 작용 증진에도 목적을 두고 있는 것으로 사회적자본의 형성에 효과적 영향을 미치는 것이라 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to empirically analyze how personal characteristics, education program participation motivations and educational satisfaction of participants in lifelong education programs significantly influence personal social capital formation. Social capital is closely related to learning. In order to examine the relationship between learning and social capital, based on this, in this study, participation motivations, educational satisfaction were set as independent variables and social capital was set as an dependent variable. The research problems are as follows. First, this study analyzes the effects of lifelong education participation motivations on social capital formation of learners. Second, this study analyzes the effect of lifelong educational satisfaction on social capital formation of learners. Third, this study analyzes the effect of participation motivations and education satisfaction with social capital formation. The study findings are as follows. Activity-orientation was a participation motivation to significantly influence social capital formation of learners and employee administrative service satisfaction was the most significant factor of educational satisfaction. Activity-oriented lifelong education participants with a motivation for social capital formation aimed to improve personal relationships and social interactions through activities rather than achieving specific goals and this shows that lifelong education participation is effective in forming social capital.
