국문 초록

본 연구를 통하여 1910년의 한·일합방이 계기가 된 일본제국주의에 의한 일련에 걸친 식민지통치정책의 실시, 특히 1930년대에 접어들어서의 전시체제 강화와 각종 통제 정책은 민족자본의 생성과 발전을 크게 위축시켰음을 지적하였다. 즉, 일제 강점기에 자행되었던 민족자본의 의한 회사설립에 대한 억압과 제약을 위한 다양한 정책들은 한국에 있어서 상사조직의 생성과 발전을 정체시킨 결정적인 요인이 되었음을 지적할 수 있다. 한편, 본 연구를 통하여 삼성물산의 전신은 일제 식민지시대에 설립된 삼성상회로 거슬러 올라갈 수 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 즉, 삼성물산은 한국의 근·현대 역사의 격변기에 시대상황의 변화에 슬기롭게 대처하여 오늘날 한국을 대표하는 종합상사로 성장 할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였던 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 본 연구를 통해 삼성물산이 오늘날 삼성그룹의 모태(母胎)였던 사실도 분명히 하였다. 또한 본 연구를 통하여 1952년에 기존의 삼성물산공사가 삼성물산으로 사명을 변경 한 것은 사업 다각화에 있어서 결정적 계기가 되었으며, 1950년 중반이후부터 삼성이 그룹형태의 대기업집단으로 변신하게 되었던 사실을 알 수 있었다. 특히 삼성의 사업 다각화는 1960년대 이후에도 지속되었는데, 이는 삼성물산이 오늘날 한국의 대표적인 종합상사로 기반을 구축하는데 있어서 시금석이 되었다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to point out control policy of corporate activities and various colonial rule policy by the Japanese imperialism. Japan s annexation of the Korean Peninsula, in 1910s, were allowed to deepen the atrophy of national capital. In other words, the policy for the constraints of various forms and suppression of Japan for the company founded by ethnic capital that was taken during the colonial period, negative impact on company organization in Korea is generated and to develop It may be that it had a. On the other hand, the predecessor have focused in this study of Samsung C&T can be traced back to Samsung Chamber of Commerce, which was founded in Japanese colonial colonial era. In other words, are generated in the process of overcoming the exploitation of ethnic capital by Japan, a state of confusion and sudden changes in the situation of the Korean War and released to the colonial period, Samsung C&T, has succeeded in commercialization. In this study, the process of creation and development of Samsung C&T, emphasizes that you have the same pulse generation logic and general trading company in Korea.
