몽골의 특수교육 관련자들의 교육적 요구에 대한 실태 조사 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 몽골의 특수교육 실태를 분석하고 몽골의 특수교육 현황을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 몽골은 한국에서 중점협력국가로 선정되어 국가적으로 지원을 하고 있다. 2013년부터 2015년까지 몽골의 특수교육을 위한 글로벌교육지원사업이 진행되었으며, 본 연구에서는 몽골의 현지 특수교육 관련자인 특수교사, 장애아동 보호자, 특수교육 담당 교수, 특수교육 연수생들이 생각하는 특수교육의 실태와 특수교사 양성체제가 구축되기 위한 선행조건을 조사하였다. 연구방법은 2015년 2월 2주간 몽골의 기관 방문을 통해 특수교육 관련자들에게 1월~2월에 설문지를 통해 실시하였다. 그에 대한 결과 몽골의 특수교육에 대한 관심은 점차 높아지고 있으며, 몽골의 특수교사 양성프로그램에 개선될 점과 나아갈 방향에 대하여 파악할 수 있었다, 또한 단기과정인 특수교육 교사 연수 프로그램이 2년간 진행되었으며, 몽골 유일의 교원양성기관인 몽골국립교원대학교에서 2015년 9월부터 특수교육 전공 신입생을 뽑아서 국가적으로 양성하려는 움직임을 보였다. 이에 도출된 결론과 논의점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate and analyze the current status of special education programs in Mongolia. Mongolia is one the recipients of the South Korea’s official development assistance program and has received various national supports. This study was conducted as part of the international educational cooperation project for special education in Mongolia since 2013. Mongolian special education teachers, professors, parents of children with disabilities, and special education trainees participated in this study. Their responses were used to explore the preconditions for establishing special education teacher training systems For this purpose, the survey was conducted on Mongolian special education representatives over a period of two weeks in 2015. From survey results, consistently increasing interests in special education were observed. Educational implications and suggestions for already developed special education teacher training programs in Mongolia were identified. Recently, the only teacher training institute, Mongolian National University of Education, newly set up a special education department in September 2015 followed by two years of short-term special education teacher training. Discussion was drawn from the observed results.
