완벽주의 수준에 따른 학습몰입과 창의성과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 완벽주의 수준에 따른 학습몰입과 창의성의 차이와 학습몰입과 창의성의 관계를 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 이에 초등학교 6학년 408명을 대상으로 완벽주의 상위집단과 하위집단의 학습몰입, 창의성의 차이와 완벽주의, 학습몰입, 창의성의 상관을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 완벽주의 총점, 자기지향 완벽주의, 타인지향 완벽주의 수준이 높은 집단은 낮은 집단에 비해 학습몰입과 창의성 대부분에서 높은 수준을 나타내었으나, 사회부과적 완벽주의가 높은 집단은 학습몰입 하위요인 세 가지에서만 유의하게 높았으며 창의적 태도는 유의하게 낮았다. 또한 완벽주의 총점 및 완벽주의 하위요인의 수준에 따라 학습몰입과 창의성의 하위 요인별 상관여부와 정도가 다르게 나타나 학생의 완벽주의 수준에 따라 그 특성에 맞는 창의성 및 학습몰입 프로그램 및 관련 연구를 수행할 필요가 있음을 시사했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine differences in learning flow and creativity according to level of perfectionism. In the pursuit of this purpose, a survey was conducted of 408 6th graders in the elementary school to analyze the difference in learning flow and creativity between high-level group and low-level group in perfectionism, and performed analysis of correlation among perfectionism, learning flow and creativity. The research result shows that the high-level group in self-oriented perfectionism, other-oriented perfectionism, and perfectionism on the whole produced better outcomes than the low-level group in the most fields of learning flow and creativity. However, the high-level group in socially prescribed perfectionism showed meaningfully high level only in three sub-factors of learning flow and low level in creative attitude. In its final analysis, depending on total score and level of sub-factors in perfectionism assessment, the correlation and degree of the sub-factors of learning flow and creativity came out differently, thus, it implies that educational program about the creativity and learning flow should be carried out in accordance with degree of student s perfectionism and those subject related researches are needed.
