공과대학생의 두뇌우성사고 유형과 셀프리더십의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 공과대학생의 두뇌우성 사고유형과 만츠의 셀프리더십의 하위요인들간의 관계성을 알아보는 것으로서 102명의 공과대학생을 대상으로 하였다. 그 결과로서 공과대학생의 두뇌우성사고 유형은 A사분면이 가장 높게 나타났으며 C사분면도 높게 나타났고, 두뇌우성사고 유형간의 관계에서 A사분면과 C사분면, D사분면 사고 유형이 부적상관을 보였다. 두뇌우성사고 유형과 셀프리더십은 유의미한 관계를 나타냈으며 특히 두뇌우성사고 유형 C사분면과 셀프리더십의 하위영역인 인지적 전략과 행동적 전략에서 유의미한 상관관계를 나타내었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of tms stuay was to identity the relationsmps of sub factor among the brain dominance thinking types(A，B，C，D quadrant thinking type) is based on the Whole Brain Modal and self-leadership by Manz. The subjects were 102 undergraduates students from the Hoseo university in Cheonan. The results of this study as follows ; first, the brain dominance thinking types A was highest and C was highly rated. Second, the brain dominance thinking types A weren’t correlated C and D. Third, the brain dominance thinking type C and self-leadership sub factor was significantly positively correlated.
