친환경소비 장애 요인 분석

국문 초록

기후변화로 인한 사회적 피해가 증가됨으로 인해 개별 소비자들은 환경문제에 대한 관심이 과거에 비해 더욱 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 하지만, 소비자들의 높아진 환경에 대한 관심은 행동으로 이어지지 않는 태도-행동 불일치성이 발생한다. 친환경소비에 대한 태도-행동 불일치성으로 인해 친환경소비가 활성화 되지 않는 문제를 야기하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 친환경소비 활성화 정책수립을 위해 친환경소비 저해요인을 분석하였고, 분석 대상으로 일상생활에서 반복구매가 가능한 친환경세제 제품을 고려하였다. 분석에 앞서 기존 이론들을 바탕으로 소비자들의 의사결정 단계를 인식(인지-지식), 정서(호감-선호)-행동(확신-구매) 단계로 세분화하여 분석 모형을 구축하였고, 제품, 매체, 소비자 관점의 결정요인들을 고려하였다. 본 연구는 제품, 매체, 소비자 관점에서의 소비자들의 의사결정 구조에 미치는 영향을 세부적으로 살펴봄으로써 향후 친환경세제의 소비활성화 정책 마련의 기초자료를 제공한다.

영문 초록

Due to the increasing social damage caused by climate change, individual consumers are becoming more concerned about environmental issues than in the past. However, interest in consumers elevated environments creates behavioral inconsistency. Attitudes toward green consumption behavioral inconsistency creates problems that prevent eco-friendly consumption. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors in green consumption for developing eco-friendly consumption policies. We considered the eco-friendly laundry detergents that allow us to purchase repetitive purchases in our daily lives. Prior to the analysis, the existing theories of decision making were subdivided into cognitive, affective, and conative stages of consumers decision, that was taken to determine the determinants of products, media, and consumer perspectives. This study provides the basic data for preparing environmental consumption activation policies for future eco-friendly detergent by detailing the impact of consumers ’ decisions on the decision structure of products, media and consumer perspectives.
