영문 초록

This is a case report of the cystic complex composite odontoma in the right angle area of the mandible. The results were drawn as follows: 1. This case was typical type of complex composite odontoma in that it was found in a feamle patient, in the third decade of life, and in the posterior mandible. 2. Duration of the lesion was above 9 years and that size was seemed to be enlarged in proportion to its duration. Therefore, the need for periodical x-ray examination was confirmed very important. 3. The good result was obtained by space obliteration by autologous bone graft and intermaxillary fixation because of the risk of the mandible fracture due to large lesion.
