영문 초록

Heterotopic oral gastrointestinal tract cyst is rare and distinctive cyst which has characteristic of gastric or intestinal mucosa in the oral region which originated from ectoderm. The authors had seen and treated a case of heterotopic oral gastrointestinal tract cyst occcurred in the sublingual portion of 2 month-old male. The results were as follows. 1. In the above-mentioned cyst we identified the gastrointestinal mucosa through microscopic examination, therefore we justified this cyst as heterotopic oral gastrointestinaltract cyst. 2. The growth speed of the cyst revealed fastness, but to a some extent we prevented the growth speed by the aspiration. 3. It was possible to enucleate the cyst with the alginate mixture. 4. The postsurgical state had been noticed very well without complication for 6 months.
