영문 초록

This is a case report of Gigantiform cementoma on mandible and maxilla. A woman, 43 years old whos chief complaint was painless, growing tumor mass on mandible and maxilla with severe facial deformity visited our department. He isster and cousin had similar clinical and radiographic findings, so biopsy was performed and the result was cementifying fibroma. Surgical treatment containing enucleation and bony contouring was performed under general anesthesia. On the basis of biopsy result, radiographic findings, surgical findings and familial history, final diagnosis was concluded as Gigantiform cementoma on mandible and maxilla.
