국문 초록

유럽의 프랑스•독일•영국에서는 정신적 육체적 건강을 증진시키고 몸을 다스리는 대체 요법의 하나로 아로마테라피(Aromatherapy)를 활용하기도 한다. 우리나라도 유럽의 영향을 받아 아로마테라피 산업이 확대되고 있어, 우리에게 적합한 발전 방안을 모색하고 교육프로그램의 개발이 필요할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 국내외의 아로마테라피의 교육 현황을 분석하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라에 적합한 교육 훈련 프로그램을 제시하고자 하였다. 한편 육체적 또는 정신적 치유도 병행한 통합적인 교육훈련 프로그램 개발을 시도하였다. 아로마테라피 교육 훈련 프로그램은 단계별로 구분하였으며, 입문 단계와 기본 기법 단계는 일반적인 테라피의 교육 방법과 기본 지식, 기초적인 실습 방법 등에 아로마의 특성을 적용한 프로그램에 접목하였고, 응용 단계는 아로마테라피의 정신적 신체적 효과가 검증된 연구 결과를 채택하여 연구보고서의 시술 방법을 토대로 구성하였다. 아로마테라피의 학문적 연구와 프로그램개발은 뷰티산업에서 적극적으로 활용 가능하며, 인체 과학의 정확한 정보와 기술을 보급하여 궁극적으로 우리들의 건강과 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 기여할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

In Europe, France, Germany, the United Kingdom should also take advantage of the aromatherapy as one of promoting the mental and physical health and alternative therapies managing body. This study is to explore the development plan for the expansion of Korea in accordance with the aromatherapy industry. This study reports research, including such excellent book and thesis journals, news articles, and recent data with a focus on reliable reference materials were published in the country, and analysis of data published by the Internet search were also employed a method for selectively quoted. As a result, it could lead to the development compared to the foreign aromatherapy with our unique characteristics as a factor that could lead to a competitive or cooperative. First, find out the unique flavor of Korea culture from our historical roots, and it seasonal fumigation therapy in modern terms and industrialization characteristics of the traditional flavor culture. Secondly, The grafting of aromatherapy concept of alternative therapies in Korea. Third, The responsible for the standardization work as the leading dose rate of diffusion of the essential oil and requirement per hour and requirement per area such matters. Fourth, The aromatherapy to be appropriate to apply each country. Fifth is the infrastructure to complement the structure and institutional arrangements of aromatherapy-related professional organizations. Sixth, aromatherapy is intended to explore the convergence of the medical field for a time of healing. Academic research and program development of aromatherapy is actively be utilized in the beauty industry, be deemed to disseminate accurate information and the skills of human science and ultimately contribute to improve the quality of our health and life.
