국문 초록

아름답고 건강한 삶을 영위하고 싶어 하는 인간의 욕망은 생활수준의 향상과 평균수명 의 연장으로 관심이 더욱 높아지고 있다. ‘미’의 기본적인 수단인 미용이 다시 재조명되며 단일 미용에서 뷰티산업이라는 산업으로 분류되고 사회적으로 관심이 집중되며 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 뷰티산업이 산업적으로 주목을 받으면서 2005년 4년제 대학교에서 미용학관련 박사학위과정 개설이라는 쾌거를 이루었다. 기술의존도가 높은 학문이지만 미용기업들의 성장과 효율적인 경영을 위해서 경영학이라는 학문을 접목시킨 미용경영학이 신설되었고 본격적인 뷰티산업 경영관련 연구가 시작되었다. 그 결과 산업에서 필요로 하는 연구가 발표되었고 더욱 체계적인 산업으로 발돋움하고 있다. 본 연구는 뷰티산업 경영관련 연구가 더욱 활성화되기를 기원하며 지금까지 발표된 뷰티산업 경영관련 박사학위논문을 시기별, 산업별, 주제별, 학과별로 특성을 분석하여 현황 및 연구동향을 정리하고 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 하며 향후 뷰티산업 경영관련 연구를 계획하고 진행할 때 기초자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

영문 초록

As the rising of standard of living and the extension of average life-expectancy, the desire to live in happily and healthily is more increased. While the beauty treatment has been caught attention and rekindled as a basic mean of beauty, it is classified from simple beauty to beauty industry. The beauty industry class was inaugurated beauty treatment-related degree of doctor, Ph.D, a four-year-course college in 2005. Although it has a high level of dependence on technology, department of beauty management was established to develop beauty industry and efficient management, and full-scale research of beauty industry management has begun. As a result, the beauty and industry interconnected research was published, it has grown into more systematic industry. The research wants to activate the research of beauty treatment related industry management, and to analysis characteristic of beauty industry management of degree of doctor, Ph.D into time, industry, topic and department, and to arrange research trends, and to suggest research direction, and to assist in planning and making its basic materials.
