영문 초록

Annual WTP per household by those who live in areas with tidal flats (WEST) appears to be about 29,500 won, while it does to be 17,950 won without them(EAST). Such a significant gap between them might be due to the difference of acknowledgement of their importances according to whether or not there are tidal flats where they live. For the use values, while the WEST turns out to pay more as their income increase, the EAST pay less. For the non-uses, both the WEST and the EAST have the same direction at all estimated coefficients of both estimating models. For the commercial uses, they have positive relations with the WTP, and they prefer conservation of tidal flats to their exploitation. Especially, in the medical and scientific uses, the EAST show more interest than the WEST. For experiences and recreation at tidal flats, those who with less experiences appear to tend to pay higher WTP than those with more. Also, existence values of tidal flats at the Sae-Man-Gum area are turned out to be considered as to be very important. The WEST give higher WTP than that of the EAST to the bequest values.
