영문 초록

To evaluate the economical efficiency of the biogas production facility of pig waste biomass, the operating costs were evaluated from the different farming sizes of pigs based on the operation data of a pilot scaled biogas plant. According to the analysis data of the economical efficiency, the operating cost of the biogas production process was estimated to 11,007 won/m3 in the 1,000 heads scale and the operating cost decreased to 5,300 won/m3 in the 10,000 heads scale. Among the items for total operating cost in the 10,000 heads scale, the depreciation cost was at 56% due to the high installing cost, and the depreciation cost in the basis of 10,000 heads scale decreased to 33%. When the biogas was used with a dual fuel engine generator to produce electric power, the deficit of 6,654 won/m3 in the 1,000 heads scale was expected, while the extent of deficit was expected to decrease to 947 won/m3 in the 10,000 heads scale. From sensitivity analysis, it was suggested that if the total solid contents of input biomass for anaerobic digestion increase from 5% to 10%, the income and outgo were profitable beyond the 2,000 heads farming size.
