강우시나리오에 따른 도시 강우유출 넥트웍시스템의 신뢰도평가

국문 초록

수공시스템에서의 강우는 매우 중요한 입력 구성요소이며, 강우의 형태 및 특성이 각기 다르기 때문에 불확실성을 내포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울시 관측소의 과거 자료 및 강우 모의발생기법을 이용한 시나리오 자료의 강우특성에 따라 분류된 4개 그룹(모의발생강우, 기상청 주의･경보 기준강우, 1시간 평균 연최대치 초과강우, 5년빈도 확률강우량 이상강우) 에 대하여 우수배제시스템의 신뢰도를 평가하였다. 분석결과 신뢰도가 최대 97.74%에서 최소 87.29%로 나타났으며, 평균강우강도와 신뢰도가 가지는 상관관계를 2차 회귀곡선으로 나타내었다. 상관관계는 유역 및 관로체계의 특성에 따라서 다른 영향을 미칠 수 있으나, 도시지역 관망설계기준의 동일성으로 유사한 경향을 보일 것으로 판단된다. 향후 빗물펌프장의 운영조건에 따른 신뢰도분석은 홍수피해 저감능력의 상대평가에 활용도가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

Rainfall is very important input component of the hydrological system, and rainfall data with various feature and characteristics involves many uncertainties. This study has evaluated reliability of the drainage system for the four group(Rainfall simulation, Rainfall warning criteria, Historical annual maximun 1hr rainfall, Probability rainfalls estimated) classified by the rainfall characteristics of historical data and scenarios using rainfall simulation model at Seoul gauge station. The results show that the reliability ranges from 87.29% to 97.74%, and correlation between reliability and average rainfall intensity is the best in the second order regression equation. Although the characteristics of watershed and drainage systems may have a influence on the estimated regression equation results, the results are expected to have a similar trend in the identity of the urban drainage network design criteria. In the future, reliability analysis for operating conditions of stormwater pumping stations can be used for the relative evaluation of the flood damage reduction capability.
