대졸 청년창업자의 직업만족도 영향요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학교육만족도, 업무적합성, 창업동기, 창업준비도, 사업체 특성이 대졸 청년창업자의 직업만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 사용된 데이터는 한국고용정보원의 2013 대졸자직업이동경로조사(GOMS)이며, 2-3년제나 4년제 대학교를 졸업한 22세 이상 39세 이하 대졸 청년창업자 227명을 본 연구의 최종분석 데이터로 사용하였다. 대졸 청년창업자의 직업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육인프라만족도는 직업만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자신의 기술수준 대비 일의 수준이 매우 높을 때, 그리고 전공이 일치할수록 직업만족도에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업동기의 자발성은 직업만족도에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 고용원이 있는 경우와 일평균 근로시간은 직업만족도에 부적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 월소득은 대졸 청년창업자의 직업만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 본 연구는 대졸 청년 예비창업자 및 잠재적 창업자의 만족스런 직업 활동을 위한 대학의 진로발달지원 서비스의 역할, 창업을 도모함에 있어 자신의 기술수준보다 높은 수준을 요구하는 일을 하도록 권장하는 교육 및 지원, 전공과 연관된 창업아이템을 구상하고 발견할 수 있는 기회제공과 지원의 필요성 등을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of satisfaction of university education, work fitness, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial preparedness, and characteristics of establishment on college or university graduation youth entrepreneur’s occupational satisfaction. The 2013 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) collected by Korea Employment Information Service was used and data from 227 youth entrepreneurs who graduated from a college or university and aged 22 to 39 years was used for final analysis. For analyzing factors affecting youth entrepreneur’s occupational satisfaction, multiple regression analysis was conducted. The main results of the study were as follows. Firstly, educational infrastructure satisfaction influenced occupational satisfaction positively. Secondly, it was noted that if the level of task was higher than personal skill level and the major studied corresponded to the task, then this influenced occupational satisfaction positively. Thirdly, spontaneity of entrepreneurial motivation influenced occupational satisfaction positively. Finally, having employees and mean work hours per day influenced occupational satisfaction negatively, but monthly income didn t influenced occupational satisfaction. Based on these results, the study discussed the role of an university’s career development and supportive services programs for helping potential college or university entrepreneurs. It is crucial that education and support be offered so that graduates’ entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged. This is especially needed during the early stages of development when the work level could be higher than their personal skill level. In these programs, opportunities should be created for students to explore potential entrepreneurial ideas associated with their majors.
