영문 초록

This paper aims to contribute to the understanding of social aspects of corporate social responsibility (CSR) by studying a case of Japanese multinational corporations (MNCs). The paper uses a theoretical framework consisting of an institutional approach. In particular, in the midst of globalization since the 1990s, ‘supplier code of conduct’ has progressed rapidly as one of CSR. In addition, we specifically focused on Japanese MNCs, such as SONY, Bandai, Eaon, Asahi Breweris to observe the strategy of headquarters have implemented with the foreign subsidiaries. This article highlights the use of code of conduct, supply chain management, Registration rate of GRI.
