국문 초록

참된교회가 25년 동안 51개의 교회를 개척 혹은 분립을 했다. 이것은 초대 담임목사였던 박창하 목사의 목회 철학에서 비롯되었다. 마침 부천시에 중동과 상동 지역 신도시 건설로 인구가 갑자기 늘어나면서 교회도 성장 기회를 얻게 되었다. 참된교회에 부임한 부목사들은 2∼3년 동안 목회 실무를 익히고, 바로 분립 개척의 사명을 받는다. 참된교회는 개척 초가에 교인 20~30명과 함께 재정을 지원해 주었다. 넉넉한 지원은 아니었지만 모두 교회 개척 초기의 어려움음 딛고 일어나서, 어느덧 부천 지역에 참된교회의 분립 교회들로 숲을 이루고 있다. ‘교회의 열매는 또 다른 교회’라는 슬로건을 실천한 교회로 한국교회에 모범이 되기에 그 사례를 소개한다. 교회 분립은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 참된교회 사례 발표를 통해서 개 교회 부흥과 성장이 대세일 때 그것이 전부가 아니라는 메시지를 주고 싶다. 주로 박창하 목사와의 면담을 통해 얻은 정보와 저자가 참된교회익 25번째 분립교회로 교회 개척을 체험하면서 얻은 정보에 근거했다.

영문 초록

Chamdoen Church has sent out and built 51 local churches for past 25 years. This movement was started by the pastoral philosophy of Rev. Parkchangha who was the 1-st senior pastor in the church. When New Town Development in Bucheon City was completed. it resulted in the influx of population in Jungdong and Sangdong, Bucheon City. It provided perfect opportunities for new churches to grow. Appointed associate pastors of Chamdoen church had been trained pastoral administration for 2-3 years before they were sent out with the mission of separation. Chamdoen church gave financial support to these new churches with 20-30 followers to attend. Although the support was nothing more than necessary, all of the churches have overcome the initial difficulty of settling, and now the city of Bucheon is full of these churches, separated from Chamdoen. I would like to introduce Chamdoen church as a model which put their slogan 'The fruit of church is another church' into practice. It's not easy to send out and build new churches. The message I would like to suggest through the example is that even though growing in size seems like a trend of most churches nowadays, there is more than that. The following article is mainly based on the interview with pastor Park and the experience I had as a pastor of 25th-separated church of Chamdoen.
