Nurturing new technology industry which has high added value by training talented people and developing new technology to secure intellectual property are the means to strengthen national competitiveness. Many countries try various methods competitively to raising creative human beings who can develop their distinctive talents and produce unique and useful intellectual value, far from the ordinary intellectuals or craftsmen. Nevertheless, most students in Korea are in the situation where the depths and width for their thoughts are weakened. They are not given the opportunity to think differently, driven to hierarchical structure constructed by grades, and focus on retentive power. They have been sent to private institutes since they were very young and this led them not to have an experience of thinking on various questions on their own but to acquire skills to solve the given questions by repetition. Therefore, the educational direction is to be conversed to strengthen creative thinking power and to develop the ability to produce new knowledge, information, and technology by nurturing creative human beings who have creative thinking power and come up with a new idea to exercise it. That means education should focus on making students who can solve problems in their daily life in diverse ways and produce an idea and put it into action based on creative thinking power. The invention club had been being run using the five steps of teaching and learning method to enhance intellectual property, the power of inquiry, which is the core function of the creativity. The result suggested that what should be premised in drawing creativity during the period of interaction is the belief and love to the other person.
