영문 초록

This paper focuses that bureaucratic society in north korea is the closed undemocratic political and social environment must be good soil for trees of corruption to grow. North Korea's corruption phenomena is caused by weakness of political system Such as excessive undemocratic system and the dysfunction of the system. In fact there has not been any kind of checks and balances control mechanism for the on man monarchy ruled by Kim il sung dynasty. This paper could also be useful and understanding about bureaucratic perspective society in south korea.
