영문 초록

This paper focused on ex-Government. Kim Dae Jung and post government anti corruption evaluation and programs. At first Korean people expected the government to reform the society overall as they have experienced and come to understand the adverse effects of corruption on the economy during the financial crisis and political turmoil. Kim Dae Jung government anti corruption programs are abolishing excessive government regulations. simplifyng paperwork requirements for citizens dealing with government agencies. expanding public information sharing services for citizens. and setting up clear rules for various government inspections. Kim Dae Jung anti corruption programs include the establishment of a KICAC. anti corruption law the protection of whistleblowers and so on. Conversely, although such a political will of top political leader in case of korea is strong, the systematic and well organized measures as well as efficient and effective anti corruption discipline for the public officials are lacking. Thus. it has been very difficult to minimize corruption korea. In conclusion. anti corruption program in the new government needs further efficient elaboration. real action program and participated agenda of peoples.
