영문 초록

In Developed countries, cities and communities of an graying, low fertility, the decline in urban areas due to ongoing community has collapsed. However, the existing spatial structure of urban and regional development policies oriented hardware policies, such as the reorganization of the central government's policies and became a center for uniform and unified development strategy remains. However, Developed countries focusing on urban regeneration, community development, including the city and the region is changing the paradigm of social policy. On the other hand the development of our country and enable local and rural. The policy conducted by the central government is very sporadic, regional and local governments in support of the central business simply passed on to private organizations, and businesses or private organizations, especially and cooperation are not. Support projects focused on job creation in the most long-term quality of life for residents of the community towards the development of social capital as communities are not. Community development policy of the United Kingdom and Japan, local recycling, community business concept was introduced recently in our country, but the exact model concepts such as define the concepts and apply the theoretical analysis have not, there is no case against the agreed-upon theoretical studies. So the development community on the grounds of local assets to a strategic partnership through various regional actors should be pursued on the basis of the theoretical concepts that Agranoff(2003) Collaborative management of the regional level model applied to Korea Community Business projects were analyzed. Business community, the business community in Korea in terms of development of the central and local government cooperation and the cooperation of local governments and community organizations hope that through the effective promotion.
