영문 초록

There is not enough manpower specialized in trading in Exporting Small and Medium SizedCompanies. This study intends to find ways securing manpower specialized in trading bysolving problems mainly in local universities while providing an opportunity to promote localexporting Small and Medium Sized Companies (SMEs) and local universities.Local universities, local Exporting Small and Medium Sized Companies, and local autonomousentities should cooperate strategically in order to realize mutual development in them. Torealize it, this study is going to suggest three cooperative methods as below. It is needed toinduce first, a cooperative system for curricular connection, second, a system to vitalizeindustrial consignment education, and lastly, a system for employment connection.The problem is lack an understanding of the process as well as the production of goodsExporting Small and Medium Sized Companies it is reason to take place.
