스팀 고속건조에 의한 음식물쓰레기의 사료화에 관한 연구

국문 초록

함수율이 77.8-82.8% 되는 종합병원의 음식물쓰레기만올 스팀건조공법에 의해 4시간동안 건조시켰올때 1. 3%의 합수윷로 80%의 감량올 보였으며， 소비전력은2.4kw 였다. 건조물은 갈색의 페렛트 상태로서， 조단백질은 27.77%, 조섬유는 3.19 %고， 양돈용 사료로서의 초지방과 조회분함량은 약간 부족했으나 보조사료로서는 가능성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 건조시간을 단축하기 위해 5% 비율로 분쇄왕겨를 혼합해서 건조시켰을때 l시간이 단축되었고， 76%의 감량율에 전력소모도 약 42% 정도 절약할 수 있었다. 그러나 조섬유와 조회분 함량은 약 2배 정도 증가되었다. 그리고， 음식물쓰레기에 분쇄왕겨를 3.4% 비율로 혼합해서 건조시키고， 그 건조물에 새로운 음식물쓰레기를 혼합해서 연속적으로 건조기를 운전했을때 감량율은 점접 적어졌고， 조단백질과 조지방의 함량은 중가되는 반면에 조섬유와 조회분 함 량온 점점 감소되었다. 한편， 부페식 음식쓰레기는 건조시간도 빠르면서 전력소비도 적었고， 사료화 성분에서도 시중에 유통되고 있는 양돈용 배합사료 이상의 함량을 보였다.

영문 초록

For 3-4 hours steam heat was indirectly applied to fo<피 wastes for achieving weight reduction and conversion into feed stuff. The results of ex야riment are summarized as fol1ows; 1. In the case of 4hours ste하n dryng of food wastes of which moisture content 77.8-82.8%, reduction rate 80% and electricity consumption was 2.41‘w. And, dried products was, in the state of brown pellets which was lack of crude fat and crude ash, considered to be used as a supplementary feed for pigs. 2. In the case of 3hours ste없n drying of fo여 wastes mixed with pulverized rice-hull as 5%, reduction rate was 76%, and electricity consumption was decreased to 58%. And, dried products was slightly yellowish pellets that lack of crude protein and crude fat, then, contents of crude fibroid material, crude ash, calcium and phosphorous increased neary two times. 3. In the case of steam drying of food wastes mixed with pulverized rice-hull as 3.4%, reduction rate was 70%, and electricity consumption was 1.6kw. When dried compost was mixed mixed with new food wastes as high as 10%, the reduction rate was 70% and eleccity consumption decreased to 1.5kw. But, contents of crude fibroid material and crude ash were decreased by the consecutive drying. 4. When chicken wastes was dried for 4hours, reduction rate was 76% with moisture rate 2.3%. And elecσicity consumption was 2.0kw. And, dried products was yellowish brown powder state that could be a supplementary feed. 5. In the case of drying buffet f，∞d wastes for 3hours, reduction rate was 76% with moisture rate 4.2%. And, hardly degradable vegetable wastes, animal wastes 따ld shells could be converted to the powder state that useful for a supplementary feed.
