국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 소셜벤처 기업가들의 경영 경험을 이해하고 성공요인을 규명하여 안정화 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 현재 소셜벤처를 경영하고 있는 3명의 청년 기업가들을 대상으로 심층면접을 진행하여 수집된 자료들을 사례 내 분석과 사례 간 분석을 실시하였다. 사례들을 각각 분석하여 사례별로 중요한 주제를 파악하고 전체 사례를 비교 분석하여 공통적인 주제를 발견하였다. 사례 간 분석에서 도출된 공통적 주제는 ‘탈출구 모색’,‘행복한 일 찾기’,‘도전정신’,‘틈새시장개척’,‘위기를 과정으로 여김’,‘불투명한 미래에 주춤’,‘자기생존력 갖추기’,‘깨끗한 돈 벌기’,‘사회적 가치의 확산’ 등이었다. 이와 같이 발견된 연구결과로 소셜벤처의 안정된 정착과 발전을 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand management experience of young social venture entrepreneurs, analyze successful cases of their management experience and explore solutions to solidify social venture system in community. This study conducted in-depth interviews with 3 youth social venture entrepreneurs and analyzed the data through within-case analysis and cross-case analysis. The data suggested several common issues from the interviewees: ‘dissatisfaction with their present status’, ‘chasing dreams’, ‘unyielding perseverance’, ‘developing niche market’, ‘positive attitude toward failure’, ‘burnout’, ‘differentiating management strategy’, ‘moral behaviour’, ‘social value diffusion’. Based on the results, this study suggested viewpoints for solidifying social venture system and successful management factors.
