개념도를 통한 중등교사의 창의적 역량 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 중등교사에게 요구되는 창의적 역량에 어떠한 것들이 있는지 개념도를 통해 확인하고 도출된 요인들에 대해 중요하게 지각되는 정도를 탐색해 보는데 있다. 이러한 목적을달성하기 위하여 먼저 13명의 중등교사를 대상으로 초점면접을 실시하여 중등교사의 창의적역량에 대한 진술문을 산출, 종합, 분류하였고 도출된 자료를 토대로 다차원척도와 위계적 군 집분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 교사 학문적 전문성을 포함한 55개의 교사에게 요구되는 창의적 역량과 관련된 진술문이 도출되었고, 이중 32개가 최종선정되었다. 둘째, 중등교사가 인식하는 교사의 창의적 역량에 대한 전체적인 인식구조는 “학문적 전문능력 차원”, “창의적 교수학습 차원”, “관계 및 태도 차원”, “창의적 교사의 신념 차 원”으로 구분됨을 확인되었다. 셋째, 중등교사에게 요구되는 창의적 역량으로 ‘지식에서의 개방성’, ‘태도에서의 개방성’, ‘변화 및 성장 지향성’, ‘ 교사효능감’, ‘교과 전문성’, ‘교수방법의다양성’, ‘지원 및 수용성’의 7개가 도출되었다. 이와 더불어 중등교사들에게 창의적 역량에대한 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 조사하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 시사점을 제시하였다

영문 초록

This study explored secondary school teacher’s creativity competencies using a concept- mapping. We conducted to focus interviews on the 13 secondary school teachers to achieve this goal and calculated the statements obtained in interviews, comprehensive, and classification and then applied multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis. Study results were as follows. First, the teacher of creative competencies items 55 items were derived, 32 items were selected for the final. Second, secondary school teachers are creative competence of the teacher category to recognize the “academic expertise level”, the “creative teaching and learning dimension,” “relationships and attitudes dimension”, “creative teachers of faith dimension”. Third, the creative competencies of the secondary teachers ‘openness in knowledge’, ‘openness in attitudes’, ‘change and growth orientation’, ‘teacher efficacy’, ‘school subject expertise,’ ‘the diversity of teaching methods’, ‘supporting and acception’ was derived. Finally, we examined the importance and executed the creative competencies of secondary school teachers. Based on these findings suggest implications
