비방사적 SBM모형과 Window Analysis를 통한 지역별 새마을금고 평균 효율성 및 효율성의 안정성 비교 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 2004년부터 2013년까지 새마을금고에 대해 지역별로 비방사적 DEA SBM-CCR모형과 DEA Window를 통해 효율성 및 효율성의 안정성을 분석하였다. 평균 효율성을 비교해본 결과, 서울지역의 경우 두 모형에 의한 평균 효율성 값은 큰 차이를 보여주고 있으나, 부산, 인천, 충북지역들은 유사한 평균 효율성 값을 보여주고 있으며, 그 외 지역들은 SBM-CCR 평균효율성 값이 DEA-Window에 의한 CCR 평균 효율성 값보다 높게 나타났다. 효율성의 안정성과 관련하여 비방사적 DEA-SBM 모형의 표준편차를 살펴보면, 울산경남, 경기지역이 평균적으로 가장 안정적인 것으로 나타났고, 전북지역이 가장 불안정한 것으로 나타났다. DEA Window는 표준편차, LDY, LDP에서 강원지역이 평균적으로 가장 안정적인 것으로 나타났고, 반면에 가장 불안정한 지역으로 표준편차에서는 전북지역, LDP에서는 대구지역, LDY에서는 서울지역으로 나타났다. 그리고 SBM-CCR 평균 효율성과 DEA Window 기법에 의한 CCR 평균 효율성 및 표준편차 간에 차이가 있는지 Wilcoxon의 부호순위검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과 SBM 효율성과 Window효율성 및 표준편차 간에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 안정성 분석에서는 안정성을 다양하게 분석할수 있는 DEA Window분석이 더 바람직한 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to analyze efficiency change and efficiency stability of the community credit cooperative using non-radial SBM DEA-CCR model and DEA Window model. To measure the efficiency, We used the data for ten years from 2004 to 2013, targeting for the 13 region community credit cooperative. The empirical results show following findings. First, SBM average efficiency is higher than Window analysis average efficiency. Second, The DEA Window analysis show that the most stable region community credit cooperative by Standard Deviation, LDY, LDP is Gangwon, and Standard deviation show that jeonbuk is the most unstable region community credit cooperative and LDY show that Seoul is the most unstable region community credit cooperativeis and LDP show that Daegu is the most unstable region community credit cooperativeis. Third, Wilcoxon's signed-ranks test shows that there is a difference between non-radial SBM model and DEA-Window model. Even though this study is not satisfactory and insufficiency, the results of this will be helpful to further studies in this field.
