유아교사의 직무스트레스와 교사-유아 상호작용 간의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 직무스트레스와의 교사-유아 간 상호작용과의 관계와 유아교사의 직무스트레스 정도에 따라 교사-유아 간 상호작용에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구문제는 첫째, 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 교사-유아 상호작용에는 어떤 관계가 있는지 알아보고, 둘째, 유아교사의 직무스트레스의 정도에 따라 교사-유아 상호작용(정서적, 언어적, 행동적)에는 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 연구문제로 설정하여 이를 확인하였다. 그 결과 직무스트레스와 교사-유아 상호작용 간에는 부적 상관관계가 있는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 유아교사의 직무스트레스가 높은 집단 보다 낮은 집단이 교사 유아 간 상호작용을 더 활발히 하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 교사-유아 상호작용간에는 밀접한 상관이 있음이 확인되었다. 따라서 유아교사의 질에 영향을 미치는 교사-유아 상호작용의 중요성을 인식하고, 교사들이 스트레스를 잘 대처하고, 해소할 수 있도록 교사 교육 프로그램등이 개발되어야 하겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to identify relationship between job stress of child teachers and teacher-child interaction and any difference in teacher-child interaction depending on level of teacher’s job stress. For this research, the following research questions were set to be checked; Research Questions 1. What kind of relationship exists between job stress of child teacher and teacher-child interaction? Research Question 2. Depending on the level of child teacher’s job stress is there any difference in teacher-child interactions (emotional, linguistical, and behavioral)? The result of this research as follows; First. it was found out that there was negative correlation between job stres of child teachers and teacher-child interaction. Second, there was significant difference between teacher-child interactions depending on the job stress of child teachers. Based on the research conclusion, it was identified that there is close correlation between job stress of child teachers and teacher-child interaction. Therefore, I hope this research makes others to consider importance of teacher-child interaction education which affects quality of child education and becomes the fundamental data for qualitative improvement.
