방사선사 국가시험제도 개선의 필요성

국문 초록

우리나라는 이구적 측면에서 저출산과 고령화라는 시점에 이르렀다. 현행 대학교는 줄어드는 입학생을 부여잡기 위하여 각고의 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 현상에 맞추어 대학의 질적 평가들이 강화되고 있다. 국가의 필요인력을 수급하기 위하여 약 40여개 대학에 방사선학과가 개설되어 있다. 다른 의료기사 등에 비하여 낮은 합격률을 보이는 현행 방사선사 시험제도에 대하여 비판적 시각을 가지고 본 연구를 하였다. 첫째, 1993년부터 시행된 이론과 실기시험의 병합정책에 대하여 개선의 필요성이 있음을 주장하였다. 둘째, 올해부터 적용되는 국가시험의 시험과목 개선이 과연 올바른 결정이었는지에 대하여 문제점을 주장하였다. 셋째, 방사선사의 시험영역에 대한 모호성이 임상적 측면에 치중되어 있음에도 교육을 담당하는 교수가 정확한 교육철학을 표출하지 않고 있음을 하였다. 본 연구는 특정한 결론을 제시하지 않고 개선의 필요성이 있음을 제안하고자 한다. 큰 희망을 안고 방사선사가 되기 위하여 입학한 학생을 학자금 대출 등에 의한 빚더미만을 안고 사회에 내보내어선 안 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Korea has reached a point of low fertility and an aging population aspects. Current University has committed to grab reduced new students. Qualitative evaluation of the university according to this social phenomenon are being strengthened. There is radiology in 40 universities of the country in order to supply the necessary manpower is opened. The current radiological examinations looks like a low pass rate compared to other medical articles has been a critical visual for the study. First, we argue that the need for improved enforcement against the theory and practical examination of the merge policy since 1993. Second, the test subjects improved from this year's national test to be applied was indeed a problem with respect to the claim that it is the correct decision. Third, the ambiguity of the radiation's test area is a professor in charge despite the focus on clinical education was criticized on that side without expressing the exact philosophy. This study proposes that there is a need for improved without presenting a particular conclusion. Will holding high hopes for a student to be admitted radiation due to student loan debt saga faced only fishing vessels should be exported to the society.
