간호대학생의 감성지능, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성과 임상실습스트레스와의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 감성지능, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 임상실습스트레스와의 관계를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 간호대학 재학생 중에서 임상실습 경험을 한 205명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 2012년 8월 12일부터 9월 30일까지 자료를 수집하였다. PASW 18.0을 이용하여 빈도, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe’s검정, Pearson's correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생의 감성지능과 임상실습스트레스는 음의 상관관계로 감성지능이 높을수록 임상실습스트레스는 낮고, 자기효능감과 임상 실습스트레스는 양의 상관관계로 자기효능감이 높을수록 임상실습스트레는 높았다. 자아탄력성과 임상실습스트레는 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 감성지능과 자아탄력성이 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 감성지능을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하는 연구를 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between nursing students' emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, ego-resiliency and the stress on clinical practices. The questionnaires were sent to 205 people with clinical practices in the College of Nursing and the data from August 12, 2012 to September 30 was collected. It was analyzed with frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients by using PASW 18.0. Aa a result of the study, nursing students' emotional intelligence and the stress on clinical practices had a negative correlation, as the higher their emotional intelligence was, the lower the stress on clinical practice was, Their self-efficacy and the stress on clinical practices had a positive correlation, as the higher their self-efficacy was, the higher the stress on clinical practices was. Their ego-resiliency and the stress on clinical practices had no correlation. However, their emotional intelligence and ego-resiliency had a positive correlation. To reduce nursing students' stress on clinical practices, we develop a program to promote their emotional intelligence and suggest a research to verify its effectiveness.
