This study aims to examine the educational efficacy of the Collaborative Clinical Consulting model in the elementary English education. The participants were comprised of four consultants (elementary English teachers) and ten primary-level English teachers (eight in-service teachers, two private institute teachers). After the ten clients video-recorded their forty minute teaching, the consultants analyzed them to provide consulting statements over four major consulting areas (Teacher Talk, Activity, Motivation, and Material). Then the clients went through selective reflection to prepare for their revised (second) teaching. In the second teaching, the specially designed module was applied to gauge in the changes between their first and second performances. The results were as follows: First, among the four major consulting areas, the teacher talk was the most improved, whereas the material area was the least. Second, two consulting formats-the first descriptive comments and the second quantitative module-have created a synergy effect for the multi-faceted analysis on teacher performance. Third, positive and negative reactions were mixed for the adoption of the non-verbal images in the consulting statements. Fourth, the consultant-client rapport was not the prerequisite for successful consulting. Fifth, the module used in the second consulting revealed the possibility of being modified into various forms of class consulting.
