영문 초록

Even Islamic finance has emerged in recent decades, it has recognized one of the most important trends in the financial world due to its stability in international financial crisis and popular demand of Islamic monetary resources. Islamic finance is a form of finance which is based on Sharia, or the body of Islamic law. Unlike conventional finance, Islamic finance must be Sharia-compliant, such as no interest, no haram investment, risk and profit sharing, and Sharia committee compliance. Sharia committee or Sharia board is a key institution or organ for Sharia compliance in Islamic finance. It typically involves as following: (i) presiding over the Sharia compliance of all the transactions in the financial institutions (ii) supervised the development of Sharia-complaint products, investments and procedures (iii) certifying Sharia compliance of the instutions' product documents, contracts and agreements (iv) advising on training staffs for Sharia compliance.
