국내 체류 외국인 범죄에 관한 연구 : 폭력범죄를 중심으로

국문 초록

최근 우리나라는 지속적으로 늘어나는 외국인 관광객과 국내 체류 외국인 노동자들에 의한 사회문제가 증가 하고 있다. 이는 과거 단일민족의 순혈주의를 고집했던 우리나라가 저출산 및 고령화로 인한 생산력의 부족으로 인해 노동력의 수입이 증가 했고, 더불어 결혼 이민자 및 유학생 등 다양한 유형의 외국인이 국내에 자리 잡을 수 있는 사회적 환경을 만들어 냈기 때문이다. 그러나 다문화에 익숙하지 않은 사회적 구조에서는 외국인에 대한 선입견이 이주민의 정착을 힘들게 하고, 나아가 반사회적인 집단을 형성하게 함으로써 범죄에 노출되기 쉬운 환경을 만들어 내는데, 외국인 체류자에 대한 임금문제나 인종에 대한 차별이 원인으로 지적 되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 Merton과 Agnew의 이론을 바탕으로 차별로 인한 긴장과 외국인 범죄 행위의 관계를 구명하고자 했다. 연구결과 개인이 수준의 긴장이 외국인범죄에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 수준에서 차별이나 편견이 외국인의 범죄를 증가 시키는 원인으로 확인됐다.

영문 초록

Recently our country has social problems are increasing constantly increasing due to domestic and foreign tourists staying foreign workers. This is due to the lack of productivity due to a low birthrate and an aging nation that insists on attention in the past blooded income single people in the labor force has increased, with various types of marriage immigrants and foreign students, creating a social environment in which foreigners can take place in the country. However, social structures in the cultural prejudices against foreigners and difficult the settlement of migrants, to produce an environment that is exposed to crime by further forming an anti-social group, issues on wage discrimination against foreign immigrants and ethnic It has been pointed out as a cause. Therefore, this study was to investigate the relationship between stress and foreigners due to the criminal acts of discrimination on the basis of the theory of Merton and Agnew. The results of this study showed that individuals with this level of stress affect the foreign crime, social class discrimination and prejudice has been confirmed as the cause of increasing international crimes.
