국문 초록

오늘날 한국교회의 문제는 한기총 금권선거 폭로로 시작되어, 기복 및 번영주의 설교와 성직매매, 목회자 성추문과 교회 재정횡령, 담임목사직 세습 등 각종 비리와 타락으로 확대되고 있다. 한국교회에서 개혁해야할 관행들로는 교회연합기관(한기총) 임원 선임 비리. 교회 연합체의 분열: 한기총에서 분리되어 설립된 한국교회연합(한교연), 세습관행, 도덕성 위기: 대형교회 목회자의 각종 비리 사태, 성직 매매와 장로 신분의 권력화, 기복 및 번영 추구의 저급신앙 형태, 가나안 신앙 증후군, 이단 감별사에 의한 임의적 이단 양산, 개신교의 비대칭적 교회구조, 교리적 극단주의 등이다. 한국교회 개혁의 대안으로는 외적 그리고 내적 과제가 있다. 외적 과제는 한기총과 한교연의 현집행부가 물러나고 새로운 연합 집행부 선출, 성직매매와 금권선거 추방, 교회재정의 투명한 집행, 금권 배제의 제도적 장치, 장로의 임기 제도 도입, 임의적 이단정죄 규제, 공교회적 이단대책위 구성, 대형교회가 주도적으로 분립하여 작은 교회 운동을 지속적으로 함: 교회중심, 성장 중심에서 마을 중심, 봉사중심으로 패러다임 변화, 정통 개혁신앙의 틀 안에서 열린 중도적 신학 정립이다. 내적 개혁으로는 목회자 윤리 각성 및 자정(自淨)운동, 목회자 개인의피나는 자기포기와 반성, 회개운동, 기복신앙 추방, 내면적 인격적 신앙, 청교도적 하나님의 면전 신앙 등이다.

영문 초록

The issues of Korean church today are the heredity of ministry, pastoral sex scandal and financial embezzlement, shamanistic preaching and sale of holy orders etc. They have spread into the various injustice and corruption in the churches. The customs to be reformed are the injustice of staff election in the united institutions, the division of the united bodies, heredity and the crisis of morality, the sale of holy orders & the become power of elder position, the shamanistic and prosperity faith, the syndrome of 'Kanaan' faith, mass production of heretics by the heretics selectors, asymmetric structure of church sizes and creedal extremism. etc. For the alternative for the reform of the Korean church are the outward and inward task. The former are the election of the new united administration followed by the withdraw of present Hangichong and Hangyoryun administrations, the removal of the sale of holy orders and the mammon election, the transparent carry out of the finance, institutional setting of mammon exclusion, introduction of the term in the elder office. ruling of the arbitary heretics designation, setting the official church committee against the heretics, the small church movement, and setting the moderate theology in the reformed orthodoxy. The inward task are the enlightenment of the pastoral ethics and self purgement campaign, the self give up and conversion of pastors, the removal of shamanistic & prosperity faith, to build up the inward and personal faith and the coram deo faith of puritans etc.
