특화거리 만족도 영향요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 특화거리 이용자들과 상인들을 대상으로 한 실증조사를 통하여 특화거리 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 도출하여, 향후 특화거리 활성화 계획 수립 시 이론적, 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 특화거리 이용자 만족에 가장 큰 영향력을 가지는 요소는 순위별로 '상품의 다양성', '상품의 가격', '접근성', '편의시설', '주차 공간' 등으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로, 특화거리 활성화를 위해서는 첫째, 특화거리 내의 다양한 상품과 저렴한 가격. 둘째, 대중교통이용 등 접근성이 양호한 위치. 셋째, 벤치, 화장실 등의 편의시설 및 주차장 재정비 등 물리적인 시설이 보완되어야 하며, 넷째, 지자체의 지속적인 모니터링(관리)과 지원, 지자체와 상인들과의 긴밀한 소통과 협력을 통한 도시거버넌스가 중요한 것으로 도출되었다. 또한 특화거리에 대한 법령 및 제도 정비, 상인들의 전문성 교육, 상인들 상호간 정보 교류의 네트워크 형성이 필요하다.

영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES In this paper, we study on the influencing factors of the satisfaction on the specialized street through the actual investigations. And there is a purpose of the study to be used as basic data that can be theoretical and policy implications of future plans for the specialized street. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Conformity assessment for the 20 indicators selected on the basis of theoretical consideration and prior studies, Focus group interviews and a multiple regression analysis were performed. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The study indicates that the main factors of the satisfaction on the specialized street are the diversity of goods, the price of goods, accessibility, facilities and parking in order of importance. 2. RESULTS Based on the analysis results, in order to activate the specialized street, there are several necessary conditions. The conditions are various products, low price of products, better accessability, improving facilities and convenient parking. Also continuous communication between self-governing bodies and merchants, improvements in legal system regarding specialized street and so on are necessary.
