여가생활 및 가정생홀 만족이 스트레스와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 해양경찰과 일반경찰공무원들의 여가생활과 가정생활이 스트레스와 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하고자 하였으며 실증적 조사 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해양경찰공무원의 경우 여가생활 불만 족이, 일반경찰공무원의 경우 가정생활 불만족 등이 스트레스를 심화 시키고 있다. 둘째, 스트레스의 하위요인 중 해양경찰의 경우 미래에 대한 걱정이 큰 반면, 일반경찰의 경우 우울증과 스트레스가 작용되어 직무만족에 부(-) 의 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 대체적으로 여가활동을 제외한 가족생활 주거만족, 여가시간 등에 대해서는 일반경 찰에 비해 해양경찰의 만족도가 높은 편이며 직무만족에 대한 인식에 있어서도 해양경찰이 일반경찰에 비해 긍정 적이었다. 향후 해양경찰의 경우에는 여가활동 만족도를 일반경찰의 경우에는 가정생활 만족도를 고양시키는 스 트레스 감소전략을 마련하여 직무만족도를 제고시 킬 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to identify the marine and general police officers’ leisure and family life’s effect on stress and job satisfaction. The empirical investigation detail is as follows. First, in the case of marine police, the dissatisfaction of leisure life, and in the case of general police officers, the dissatisfaction of family life and etc. are intensifying stress. Second, concern for the future is most significant in the sub-factor of stress for marine police, while in the case of general police officers, depression and stress are applied to have a negative effect on job satisfaction. Third, marine police’s satisfaction of family life, residence, leisure time and etc. was relatively higher than the general police. The marine police was also more positive in the recognition of job satisfaction than general police. In the future, leisure activity satisfaction for the marine police, family life satisfaction for the general police, and a stress reduction strategy for the marine police should be arranged to enhance work satisfaction.
