한국형 도형심리유형 검사가 부부갈등에 미치는 효과성에 대한 상담사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 부부간의 갈등에 대한 문제가 발생하여 상담이 의뢰된 사례들에 대해 연구하였다. 본 연구에서 한국형 도형심리유형 검사를 실시한 결과 내담자 본인이 문제 상황에 어떻게 반응을 하고 있었는지, 자신 및 상대방의 상태에 대해서 이해와 수용을 하게 되었으며, 특히, 정서적, 인지적, 행동적 관계에서 각자 자신의 언행을 통제하였으며, 상대방이 자신과의 다른 성향을 지녔다는 것을 받아들였으며 서로 간에 합의점을 찾는 모습을 보였다. 내담자들에게 한국형 도형심리유형 검사를 하였을 때 사례 1, 2, 3, 4부부와 사례 5의 부인은 거부감을 느끼지 않고 실시하였고, 사례 5남편은 글을 읽는데 어려움이 있어 읽어주면서 실시하였다. 검사 결과 내담자 자신의 정서와 욕구 등이 반영되었고, 각 개인의 기 질과 성격적 특성이 나타났다. 그 결과 상담 중에 본 연구자와 내담자간의 빠른 공감대 형성은 물론 신뢰 형성에도 도움이 되었다. 시사점은 한국형 도형심리유형 검사가 투사적 검사로서 초기 상담에 유용하게 활용되었으며, 상담자와 내담자에게 한 눈에 들어오는 도형의 배열된 형태, 크기, 위치를 봄으로써 갈등문제 이해를 하는데 도움이 되었다. 내담자 각자의 도형 선호도에 따라 문제 상황을 겪고 있는 모습과 반응들은 다르지만 자신의 마음과 다를 바 없다고 느끼게 되어 서로의 고충을 이해할 수 있었으며, 자신과 다르게 생각하고 반응하는 것이 서로 다르다는 것을 도형으로 보게 되면서, 각자의 심리적, 정서적 이해와 수용을 하는데도 도움이 되었다. 상담자와 내담자간에 신뢰감형성에도 많은 도움을 주었다. 결과 한국형 도형심리유형 검사는 부부갈등을 찾아 해결해 나가는데 미치는 효과가 있었다. 즉 한국형 도형심리유형 검사는 부부갈등 상담에서 유용하게 활용할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다. 본 연구에서 한국형 도형심리유형 검사가 초기상담에 유용하게 활용할 수 있음에도 불구하고 나타난 한계점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자가 보는 내담자의 도형 배치에 대해 주관적인 해석을 하게 된다는 점이다. 둘째, 내담자의 무의식에 대해 내제된 부분을 다루기에는 한계가 있다.셋째, 도형의 배치에서 나타난 정보를 부부갈등에 적절히 활용할 수 없는 부분은 본 연구자가 내담자에게 정보제공을 하는데 있어 절제해야한다는 점이다. 넷째, 투사적 검사지에 그려진 도형의 다양성에 대에 해석하는데 있어 한계가 있다. 제언으로는 한국형 도형심리유형 검사에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져 다양한 해석적 견해를 위한 연구가 활발해 지기를 바란다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the practice of consultation has occurred and the problem has been commissioned for marital conflict. Proposal by the present study, the researchers hope to become active for a variety of interpretive opinion research consists of psychological type checking constantly on the Korean figures.
