영문 초록

Increasing trend of the past few years has been reduced, the number of North Korean withdrawal residents who arrived in the Republic of Korea has exceeded 27,000. North Korea withdrawal residents, have been placed in the de facto double specific position you have all of the North Korea and South Korea nationality. North Korea withdrawal residents Act, because it is extremely limited define the legal concept of the North Korean withdrawal residents, have a problem with what the human rights protection of North Korean withdrawal residents have occurred. In this short report for such problems, from the constitutional point of view, is an attempt to re-design and include the children of North Korea withdrawal residents not receive on the protection and other countries of nationality acquirer to the legal concept of the North Korean withdrawal residents.
