영문 초록

This study analysizes the conflict source between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law from the stand point of problems in an old age. The purpose of this study is to build up the desirable relationship between the two through the recognition of conflict source, conflict behavior and the influence on the other members of family. The Frequency, Percentage, X², F-Test, Factor analy and Pearson correlation Technique are applied to the research. The Results of this Study show the Conflict between Mother-in-Law and Daughter-in-Law had a great effect on the whole family members. It is essential to build up the desirable relationship between the two in order to creat the peaceful family, keeping step with the social development.
