루마니아의 스탈린 체제 설립과정

국문 초록

1948년 루마니아 공산당이 권력을 완전히 쟁취할 당시, 당내에는 유태인이나 철위단(Garda de Fier) 단원들이 존재함으로써 여전히 비공산주의적인 요소들이 포함되어 있어 공산당으로서의 완벽한 형태를 갖추고 있지 않았다. 따라서 루마니아에서의 공산화 실현은 정치를 통해서라기보다는 경제 즉 국유화를 통해서 확고하게 이루어졌다고 볼 수 있다. 스탈린식 정치체제는 프롤레타리아 독재체제와 일당 독재체제를 통하여 권력을 독점하고 이를 통해 국민의 권리를 제한하였다. 계급간의 투쟁은 계속되었고, 과거의 엘리트 정치인들과 지식인들 그리고 공산주의에 반대하는 세력과 노동당 내의 반(反)스탈린주의자들이 경찰의 테러로 인하여 숙청되었다. 종교탄압도 무자비하게 진행되었다. 공산주의 동조자가 루마니아 정교회의 총주교(patriarh)로 임명되었고 성직자들도 여러 가지 이유로 숙청되었다. 스탈린식 경제체제의 원칙들은 이미 1945년 10월에 개최된 당 총회(conferinţa naţională)에서 공포되었지만 곧바로 실행되지는 않았다. 그것은 미하이(Mihai) 국왕이 퇴위된 이후 공산당이 루마니아에서 권력을 완전히 쟁취한 이후에 가능하였다. 공산주의자들은 루마니아에서 공산체제를 확립하는데 방해되는 요소들을 거의 동시에 제거하였고, 그 이후 스탈린식 경제체제를 빠른 속도로 적용시키기 시작했다. 1940년대 말 루마니아에서 광범위한 농업집단화가 진행되었다. 루마니아 공산당은 스탈린식 경제모델을 기반으로 국내경제를 재구성하였다. 스탈린식 모델의 세 번째 요소인 문화체제는 루마니아 인민민주주의가 선언되고 난 직후부터 시행되었다. 따라서 루마니아의 전통문화는 사회주의 문화로 바뀌기 시작하였다. 스탈린식 정치, 경제체제를 확립하기 위해 사용된 강압적인 방법이 문화 분야에서도 똑같이 적용되었다. 따라서 루마니아 지식인들의 서구 유럽과의 연계는 완전히 단절되었다.

영문 초록

When the Romanian Communist Party took power completely, there are some non-communist elements in the party. In fact the Jewish and the Iron Guard members were still existed in it. So the realization of communism in Romania was firmly realized not by politics but economy that is to say nationalization. Stalinist political system monopolized power through the proletarian dictatorship and one-party dictatorial system and then limited the rights of the people. The struggle between classes were still deteriorated without stopping. And the past political elite and intellectuals as well as anti-stalinist in the Labour Party and counterforce against the communism were purged by police terrorism. Religious suppression was also committed cruelly. Communist sympathizers were appointed as the Ecumenical Patriarch and the clergy were also purged for various reasons. Even though the principles of Stalins economic regime has already proclaimed at Communist Party Congress, held in October 1945, it was not executed immediately. It was possible by the Romanian Communist Party's completely winning the power after the abdication of King Mihai. Romanian communists removed almost at the same time the factors that interrupt establishing a communist system in Romania and quickly began to apply the Stalinist economic system in later. In fact, a extensive agricultural collectivization in Romania was conducted in the late 1940s. So the Romanian Communist Party reconstructed the national economy based on the Stalinist economic model. The cultural system that is the third element of stalinist model was performed immediately after the People's Democratic Declaration. So Romanian traditional culture was replaced by socialist culture. The coercive methods which were using to establish the Stalinist political and economic system were equally applied to culture field. Therefore, the relationship between Romanian intellectuals of Western Europe was completely disconnected.
