고령자 창업 교육 훈련 효과성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 고령자 창업 활성화의 중요한 매개체로 제기되는 노인 창업 훈련프로그램에 대한 현황과 문제점 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 고령자창업 훈련프로그램을 이수 경험 유무에 따라 창업활동 효과성을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 고령자 창업훈련활동 프로그램에 참여 경험자가 비경험자보다 취업과 창업활동에 보다 적극적이고 취업과 창업활동을 잘 이행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 창업활동 프로그램을 이수한 자는 목표달성도, 업무의 질, 개선 의욕, 책임감, 자기관리 영역에서 프로그램을 이수하지 않는 자보다 높게 인식하였다. 배경변인에 따른 창업활동 효과를 검증한 결과, 대체적으로 고졸 학력을 가진 노인보다 대졸 이상의 학력을 가진 노인들이 그리고 50대 이하의 연령을 가진 대상자가 60대 이상의 연령을 가진 대상자보다 목표달성도, 업무의 질, 개선 의욕, 책임감, 자기관리 영역을 높게 평가하였다.

영문 초록

This study is to examine the present state and problems of Entrepreneurship Training Program for the aged presented as an important vector for the old"s Entrepreneurship activation through actual conditions and theories, and based on this, it positively analyzed the effectiveness of Entrepreneurship activity on those who completed Entrepreneurship Training and those who did not. In the result of verifying the effectiveness of Entrepreneurship activity for the old as the people who participated in Entrepreneurship activity compared with those who did not participate, it revealed that the founders who have the experience of finishing Entrepreneurship activity program were more active in going to work & Entrepreneurship activity and also performed well Entrepreneurship activity, That is, the people who finished Entrepreneurship activity recognized higher in the areas of achievement of aims, quality of works, willingness of improve, responsibility, self-management than those who did not complete the program. By the background variables of those who completed Entrepreneurship activity and those who did not complete the program, as the result of verifying the effect on Entrepreneurship activity, generally, the elder who had academic background of more than university graduation valued the areas of achievement of goals, quality of works, willingness to improve, responsibility and self-management higher than those who had that of high school graduation, and people below in their fifties, higher than those above in their sixties.
