영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand differences between main variables and socio-demographic characteristics on Middle-Eastern Muslims who are intending immigrants to Korea. The Survey polled the 30 the natives in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Frequency analysis, Reliability analysis, t-test by a statistical package, SPSS for windows(release 11.5) were used to analyze each variable. In this paper, Independent variables were categorized into two groups of CAGE model: cultural distance, administration distance. Dependent variables were one factor: social adaptation. and Control variables such as sex, age, marital status, scholarship were socio-demographic characteristics of native Iranians. The followings are the results of statistical analyses. First, there are no differences between cultural distance, administration distance and social adaptation on native Iranian sex and marital status. Second, there are dirrerences between cultural distance, administration distance on native Iranian age and scholarship. However, Its little difficult to generalize the results to the whole nation, since the survey is limited to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
