영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Rebuilding Project Consulting System appeared in the course of implementation of the various problems and proposed solutions for it as the basis for Rebuilding Project Consulting various legal issues relating to the operation of the system, and their causes through the analysis of the activation of this system concrete improvements are intended to address. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The study was focused on Rebuilding Project Consulting appeared in the course of operation of the laws of the problems and issues, and to analyze. Especially this study used to analyze the cases involved in the Rebuilding Projects Consulting System. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this study, the most important problem is that the specialty of professional consultants and initial financing. 2. RESULTS The study offers a solution for various problems happening in the implementation process of the Rebuilding Projects Consulting System.
