유치원의 국가수준 평가지표 관리에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국ㆍ공립 및 사립 유치원을 대상으로 시행한 제 1주기(2008년∼2010년) 국가수준 평가 이후 유치원 현장에서 평가지표를 중심으로 발전을 위한 관리가 어느 정도로 이루어지고 있는가를 교사의 인식을 통해 알아보고 시사점을 도출하고자 하는 것이다. 연구결과, 제 1주기 국가수준 유치원 평가 시행 당시에는 좋은 평가를 받기 위해 국ㆍ공립 및 사립 유치원 모두 최선의 노력을 기울인 반면 평가 시행 이후 현 시점에는 국ㆍ공립 및 사립 유치원의 평가지표에 대한 관리 정도가 각 기관별 상황과 특징으로 인해 평가 시행 당시 대비 다소 소홀해진 부분이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 유치원 평가 관리체계의 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원 내용과 방법에 대한 적절성ㆍ신뢰성ㆍ타당성ㆍ공정성 등의 면밀한 관리를 통해 전문성과 효율성이 확보된 평가 관리체계를 구축해 나가야 할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The object of this study is to find the degree of the assessment index administration for kindergarten development after the First(2008-2010) national level assessment for nationalㆍpublic and private kindergartens through kindergarten teachers' awareness, and then to extract suggestive points. The findings from the study were the utmost efforts of the both nationalㆍpublic and private kindergartens during the time when the First index of national assessment of kindergarten was enforced to get good assessment, on the other hand, the administration level of the both nationalㆍpublic and private kindergartens for the index of national assessment of kindergarten of the present has become somewhat neglectful according to the conditions and characteristics of each institution, in fact, Accordingly, the assessment administration system with expertise and effectiveness for kindergartens need to be established based on propriety, reliability, validity, fairness in getting administrative, financial support.
